My work included, designing, building and programming the robotic rig of the prototype and installing the piece at the Kortrijk Biennale. RV-Prototype is a robotic vehicle, a concept model, scale 1:5, with the idea that the user lives on every surface of the house. 150m2 of living surface realized within a 60M2 footprint sitting in robotic rig, which allows free rotation in 2 axis’s. Commissioned to Greg Lynn it was part of the Future Primitives Series at the Interieur Biennale in Belgium 2012, a collection of works by artists invited to rethink how mankind will live tomorrow.
